Repairs required to petro chemical plant main Fire Emergency Water line. The line required repairs to damaged and deteriorated sections without decommissioning as it was required for emergency function and continual functionality of the plant. Necessitated work being undertaken with pipe under full pressure.
Composite resin and carbon fibre patch repairs provided a non invasive method of repair. Permaliner patching and relining technology was ideal for the task. Correct problem identification and flexible solutions were critical in the hazardous environment.
Pipe damage rectified. Effective repairs ensured emergency line was able to remain in commission throughout. On time, no variations, as quoted.
